The Fourth Annual Chipper Jones Celebrity Golf Invitational in November 2006
inched closer to the $1 million mark in money raised for Cystic Fibrosis,
Camp
Twin Lakes, Stetson University and the Foundation. This years year's
event
will be November 4-5, 2007 and will put the event over the $1 million
mark for
these worthwhile organizations.

This year marks the sixth year of the Chipper Jones Family Foundation, which has made huge strides in giving back to the communities which helped Chipper get to where he is today. The Foundation has instituted numerous programs such as the Around the Horn Program, the Field of Dreams Program, and Helping for the Holidays. These programs have given hundreds of thousands of dollars to area youth baseball programs for repairing and refurbishing youth ballparks in Florida and Georgia, helped bring kids from the Boys and Girls Clubs to Braves games, and helped families in Atlanta during the holidays.
